EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SALES EXPERIENCE
Excellence in customer experience is a balance of many parameters that can be easily managed through acquired and learned skills: managing expectations, establishing consistent policies, bargaining power, attitude, small talk, social cues, communication techniques, attentiveness, effective use of humor and much more.
The goal of this workshop is to explain, teach and practice EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE skills - an experience that entices the customer to come back, providing you with repeat business. A satisfied customer will also pass their positive experience along to others, who may then try the product or service and become repeat customers themselves. The essence of exceptional customer service is based on connecting and forming a lasting relationship with the customer. Within the customer service workshop we offer two programs with a different focus: 1. Exceptional Customer Service for External Customers 2.
